Spring Beauty Wish List

makeup-beauty-lipstick-make-up-2Now that it’s Spring I couldn’t think of a better way to revamp my makeup look than to treat myself to a few new products. There are so many amazing new releases at the moment which are on my wish list as well as a few others that I’ve been lusting after. It’s also been a while since I last shared what products I’ve been wanting to try out and would love to know if you already own any of these and what your thoughts are on them.beauty wish listThe first product I’ve been lusting after is the YSL Touche Eclat Le Teint Foundation. I haven’t tried out a new foundation for a while as the ones that I use at the moment I am in love with, however when I first heard about this YSL foundation it caught my eye and I’ve been wanting to try it out ever since. It provides full coverage however is meant to have a weightless feel so I’m eager to purchase this soon.

I’m still on the lookout for a ‘holy grail’ primer, there are a few primers that I love however the majority that I have tried haven’t made much of a difference. I have heard so many good things about the Urban Decay De Slick Setting Spray that it has persuaded me to try it out. My skin is very oily so I need a primer which helps to control the oil and keeps my skin looking matte, I have high hopes for this as it is very hyped up at the moment.

Everyone by now would have heard about the Urban Decay Sweet Peach range, I do like the look of all the products but the one that caught my eye was the Sweet Peach Glow Kit.  It’s an illuminating, blushing and bronzing palette which has some beautiful shades and the packaging is irresistibly cute!

I love to use face masks regularly as they make a noticeable difference to my skin, especially if I have had a breakout. I’m a big fan of GLAMGLOW face masks and have always had great results when using their products however had never tried the GLAMGLOW Supermud Mask. It’s targeted at blemished skin and breakouts which is when I use face masks the most, it also contains Glycolic Acid which is an ingredient I love in skincare products as have found it makes a huge difference to the texture of my skin.

As it’s now Spring it’s time to change up my fragrances too and try out some new scents. Clive Christian is a brand which revives the original values of perfumery, they use rare and precious ingredients in highly concentrated forms. I noticed they have lovely perfume gift sets which include three different scents including the world’s most expensive perfume which intrigued me right away. When I get the chance I’m going to test the scents out as they sound very luxurious especially the scent No1, I’d love to know if the world most expensive perfume is really as incredible as it sounds. As you may already know I do like to spend a little bit more when it comes to fragrances as I find the scents always last longer and they are more complex and complimentary.

It’s about time that I tried out a new concealer. You may have noticed that I don’t tend to change my base face products often as when I find products that I love I stick to them, however it’s fun trying out new products and I’ve heard so many good things about the Kat Von D Lock-it Crime Concealer. It’s described as a full coverage concealer which has 24-hour wear, now I’m never going to wear my makeup for such a long period of time however as my skin is oily products tend to wear quicker so I like the long lasting claim.

They are all of the beauty products that are currently on my wish list that I’m lusting after, let me know if any of these are on your wish list too and what you’ve been wanting to try out recently.

I’ve heard a lot of good things about the Urban Decay setting spray! I’d like to try it out too, especially this summer as my oily skin shines super quickly when it’s warm. Recently I’ve been wanting to get a pretty highlighter, but I don’t have a specific one in mind – the Becca ones are beautiful though!

I’ve heard so much about the YSL foundation and really want to pick this up myself. I think the Too Faced collection looks gorgeous too.
