What I Wear Working from Home

IMG_1859 copy Todays fashion post is slightly different to my normal outfit posts as it’s about what I wear working from home. If I’m going out of my house I like to make more effort in what I’m wearing and put a lot more thought into it, however as I work from home most days I don’t want to get all dressed up and want something a lot more casual.IMG_1880 copy Some days I’m tempted to just stay in my pyjamas all day, however I’m much more productive when I’ve actually got dressed. As I’m only around the house I like to be comfortable but still look nice so tend to go for jeans and a sweatshirt, then if I need to quickly pop out anywhere all I need is my bag and a pair of shoes.
IMG_1865 copy IMG_1876 copy I fell in love with this jumper from Primark the other week, I felt like the print was perfect for February since it was Valentines day and had a very spring feel to it. I’ve been wearing a lot of dark clothes lately so it makes a nice change to wear something lighter and a little more colourful, I’m definitely going to buy more lighter coloured clothing over the next few weeks. Does anyone else wear darker clothes in the winter and lighter more colourful clothes in the summer? I do this every year!IMG_1873 copyIMG_1870 copy Recently I’ve been using my Michael Kors Selma bag quite a lot as it’s coming up to spring so I have been trying to inject a little more colour into my wardrobe, and the powder blue colour is gorgeous! I love switching up my bags depending on the season and there are a few I need to get out of my wardrobe so I don’t forget about using them over the next few months as sometimes I forget they are there, out of sight out of mind!IMG_1891 copyThese loafers are my favourite shoes at the moment, they’re from Dune and think that they are gorgeous. The detailing and tassels are so beautiful, I also love how versatile these are as look lovely with dresses, skirts and jeans. I can tell that these are going to be worn quite a lot as the weather warms up!

I hope you enjoyed this different type of outfit post about what I wear working from home. Obviously it changes slightly day to day but jeans and sweatshirts are what I’ve been wearing recently. If you also work from home I’d love to know if you’re the same as me and wear comfy casual clothing when you’re at home all day.

Love your outfit, it’s casual and cute at the same time!
I find that too, in the winter I wear darker colours (except the mint dress I wore out for a meal)
And in the spring the colours come out! haha
I love that Micheal Kors bag, I would love one of those! :)

I agree, I feel so much more productive when I’m wearing anything other than my pyjamas! This is such a cute outfit and the jumper looks so comfy!

I feel the same way about getting dressed up on days I get to telework – I’m far more productive in jeans than in pajamas! This look is so cute, especially the bandana! And your bag is very on-trend – I believe serenity was one of the colors of the year, according to Pantone!
