Over the past 4 weeks I have been trying out a skincare range from A-Derma specifically aimed at sensitive skin, I’ve been using the range both morning and evening and have been using the same cleanser as I was before I started this new routine. The changes I’ve seen in my skin are from using all of the products together as a new skincare regime.
This cream is designed to sooth and protect sensitive skin that becomes reactive or intolerant after exposure to external factors such as unsuitable cosmetics of harsh climates. Now my skin goes haywire when it starts to get cold so I was really hoping that this would help to calm my skin down. It contains lots of skin loving ingredients such as Vitamin E and Rhealbose Oat Seedling Extract to really nourish the skin. It’s not greasy, very light and sinks into the skin very easily. The scent is very subtle which I like as I’m not that keen on face creams with overpowering scents. I’ve been using this in the morning after cleasing my face and leaves my skin lovely and smooth after using.
A-Derma Hydralba Light Hydrating Cream 40ml (£14.50*)
This is very similar to the previous cream however it is aimed at hydrating the skin rather than soothing, I’ve been using this on days where I feel my skin needs some more hydration. This isn’t greasy and is very light too however it sinks into the skin straight away so I feel like I need to use more of this product. My face feels smooth and hydrated after using and is also very delicately scented. It contains SPF 20 so will definitely be taking this with me when I next go abroad, it’s one of the only face creams with an SPF that doesn’t break me out so is amazing!
A-Derma Nutrialba Nourishing Cream 50ml (£20*)
I’ve been using this as a night cream as the texture is a lot thicker in comparison to the other two and takes longer to sink into the skin. It’s designed to intensively moisturise and protect the skin and contains ingredients for extra hydration of your skin, again this is very lightly scented. It comes with a little spatula for easy hygienic application which is a good idea as it comes in a little pot so this prevents the cream being contaminated with anything else.
A-Derma Sensifluid Cleansing Micellar Water 250ml (£13*)
This micellar water has been formulated with Rehealba Oat Seedling Extract and Witch Hazel Water to gently remove makeup and cleanse the skin. It removes my eye makeup easily and is suitable is use on the whole face, it was also gentle on my skin and didn’t irritate. It isn’t delicately scented like the creams and I actually think it smells quite strong, however I think it’s the Witch Hazel which is causing the scent.
After using these products for a few weeks I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my skin. Firstly, the redness after washing my face goes away quicker and over the weeks I’ve noticed it doesn’t actually get as irritated as usual in general. None of the products break me out or irritate my skin at all so is definitely good for sensitive skin and I’m going to continue with this skincare regime and hopefully continue to see even more improvements in my skin! Also, these all have an extra 10% off at Escentual at the moment if you’re interested!

Ooh the Micellar water sounds lovely. I've never tried this brand before, but I'd love to xx
Myself I have sensitive skin, so when I use somewhat 'harsh' products, it dries me out and I get red which is awful because I often find products for sensitive skin don't get the job dont. So I'm always looking for products aimed towards sensitive skin, so I will look into trying these, thank you!!X
