If you didn’t know I regularly use hair dye and as this can affect the condition of my hair I like to spend a little more on products to look after it. I’ve been using the Aussie Colour Mate range on and off for over a year so am excited to share what I think with you, but first I thought I’d let you know that the whole range smells like peaches which is amazing!
Since I have been using this I have found that after dyeing my hair, the colour stays vibrant for longer and doesn’t go dull as quickly. The consistency is in-between runny and thick so just right for me and easy to apply and cleanse my hair.
This conditioner is the same consistency as the shampoo and it great at detangling my hair which is one of the most important things for me when using conditioner. I’ve found in the past that some conditioners can make my hair heavy and go greasy quickly, however this doesn’t do that and leaves my hair feeling soft and looking great.
I use this once a week all year round and love it, I have tried other brands which claim to condition and protect the hair however this is the best that I have tried. It’s reasonably thick and you don’t need to use a lot, you apply this to hair after using shampoo and leave for 3 minutes before rinsing. This not only leaves my hair feeling super soft and makes the ends look more healthy, but it completely detangles my hair.Overall I love the Colour Mate range by Aussie and it’s regularly on a 3 for £10 offer in Boots and Tesco which is when I always purchase mine. Have you tried any of the Aussie haircare ranges before?

I had my hair tinted late last year and the first thing I did after I had it done was go out and find a decent shampoo and conditioner, and this range was the exact one I bought! It smells delightful and most of all, my colour has stayed for a few months now, and kept my hair in fab condition! :)
