Not long ago, La Redoute released their Spring/Summer 2014 collection and I have fallen in love with one of their pieces, it’s this the biker-style jacket. It’s made of faux leather and is a great transitional piece, when you don’t want to wear a coat because it’s too warm but it’s too cold to go out without any type of jacket, this is perfect. The body and sleeves has a quilted finish and it has a side zipper if you want to do it up. I love how soft this is as most faux leather jackets can feel tight and restricting, but this is nothing like that, it’s super comfy! The jacket cost £55* which is amazing considering the quality, it’s thick, soft and really well stitched, I can see myself still wearing this next year.
I thought I would style it up with my denim shorts as the yellow and orange in the shorts brings out the golden zippers and poppers on the jacket. I completed the outfit with a statement belt, something I have never tried before but now absolutely love!
