The 90’s Gingham Print Dress

As I’m writing this the sun is shining and I’m sat in my garden on the patio enjoying a banana and strawberry smoothie. Summer is actually on its way and I’m so excited about wearing pretty dresses, printed playsuits and more colourful outfits. Summer is my favourite time of the year for many reasons but one of them main things is that I always find that people seem so much happier and there are more things happening which excites me. I spotted this gorgeous blue gingham print dress from Motel whilst browsing ASOS and instantly knew that I needed it in my life, they also had this dress in a baby pink however my size was unfortunately out of stock.  The gingham print feels very 90’s and it’s a print that I’m becoming increasingly obsessed with as it’s so sweet, it also reminds me of when I was little as I used to wear blue gingham print dresses for school (anyone else remember this?). The style is quite structured and I love the little sleeves, I hope they get the pink version back in stock as I’ll definitely be purchasing it if they do! Radley is a brand that I have always loved ever since I was little, originally when I was really young it was the scottie dog that had drawn me in but as I got older I fell in love with how chic their bags and accessories were as well as their gorgeous designs and styles. The colour is perfect for summer and great for those days when I want a light bag and don’t want to take much out with me.
