Burberry have a new campaign to promote their new lipstick which you may have already seen online as it spread super quick. You may have noticed people nominating others on twitter to try out one of their new samples, at one point my feed was completely full of this which was exciting. I thought it was such a great idea from Burberry as it got everyone talking about and I couldn’t wait for mine to arrive just like everyone else.
When it arrived I was surprised that it was actually a mini lipstick, I was expecting a small plastic sachet so absolutely loved this. The packaging is beautiful, it’s sleek with their signature design embossed on it and the lid is magnetic so no need to worry about the lid ever falling off in your bag. I chose the Burberry Kisses Lipstick in the shade No.85 Sepia which is beautiful and has a satin finish, it’s lovely as an everyday colour. If I apply this lightly it gives me a gentle flush of colour, however it can easily be built up to achieve a more intense colour if wanted. This is extremely hydrating on my lips and the formula is weightless, it feels like I am wearing lip balm which is lovely on the lips. The full size version retails at £25 so is a little pricey but I’m always more than happy to splurge a little if it’s a high quality product. There are 28 shades to choose from so there is a large selection in which everyone can find a shade they love!
