It’s now that time of the month where every evening is a cosy Christmas night in. Christmas is one of my favourite times of the year and there is nothing I love doing more in the evening than relaxing with a cup of tea, chocolate and a Christmas movie. The first thing that I always do is get changed into pyjamas, put on some fluffy socks and then light a candle.
I’ve been using my new favourite mug at the moment which is this ‘man on the moon mug’ from John Lewis, as soon as I saw this online I knew I had to pick it up! The little santa balloon is absolutely adorable and as you may know I’m obsessed with mugs. I have more than I need so decided to choose just one Christmas related one this year, also I always find it to be a bit more special when I have a cup of tea in favourite mug (please say I’m not alone!). 
Where there is tea, there is chocolate! Even though I absolutely love tea I’m one of those people who always has to have a little snack when I have one, with my main love being chocolate. Lindt is one of my favourite brands of chocolate around Christmas time as they always release the cutest products, how adorable are these mini santa, snowmen and bears?! I’ll have a few of these whilst watching a Christmas movie (tonight I’m watching Elf) or if I want to indulge a little bit more I’ll have something bigger like the gorgeous set in the first photo. I love the Lindt Lindors and actually hook these onto my Christmas tree instead of traditional tree chocolate, they’re much more delicious and look prettier.
Some nights I’ve also been doing Christmas wrapping which is something I love to do and find it quite therapeutic, although I know a lot of people that would disagree with me. So that is how I have been spending the last few nights in the run up to Christmas, there are literally a few days left to go and I’m so excited! I’m going to watch The Holiday tomorrow night as even though I watched it the other day it’s one of my favourites, let me know your favourite festive movies too!
