I recently received an Autumn Bouquet of flowers from Debenhams Flowers, I had never received any from them before so was interested in trying them out! I chose the Mango Blush bouquet* as I really liked the colours and personally thought it was the prettiest one.
The flowers arrived in a big cardboard box and inside the flowers were presented in white wrapping. I’m pleased to say that they arrived undamaged and healthy, also the lilies were still in their buds which it shows they are fresh and will also last longer. I don’t know about you but I find it exciting when the buds are closed as I love to wake up the next morning to see if they are starting to open! Also included was some flower food and a little card which had some care instructions on the back.
The bouquet consisted of mango calla lilies, scented lilies, white sry chrysanthemums and rustic berries. The burnt oranges and reds are perfect for Autumn and made my room have a more cosy feel to it. All of their Autumn Flowers are beautiful and the colours and perfect for this time of year.
These are a little more expensive than other places for flowers but they are definitely worth the money, unlike cheaper bouquets this wasn’t filled with lots of foliage to make it look bigger, it was just filled with lots of beautiful flowers and a small amour of foliage to add some contrast. The colours were bright and vibrant, I think you can really tell the high quality of these flowers. Debenhams Flowers guarantee that they will stay fresh for at least 7 days and they lasted just over a week which was brilliant, also they delivery to any UK address for free. I always prefer to buy from places that do free delivery, it feels like I’m not wasting any money.
I definitely recommend checking out their Luxury Flowers, they also have Next Day Flowers which if ordered by 7pm (Monday to Friday) you will receive them the next day, perfect for last minute gifts! If you’re looking for a gift for a loved one I think these would be perfect, it would bring some vibrancy and brightness to their home. On the other hand, you could always put a smile on your own face and treat yourself to a bouquet!
The lovely people at Debenhams Flowers have given me the discount code DFBLOG40 for my readers so you can get 40% off a bouquet. The only bouquets exempt from this discount are the Flowers By Post range, however this is only a very small range.
Will you be treating a loved one to a bouquet of flowers, or even yourself?
