Today I’m sharing with you August’s Degustabox which is one of my favourite monthly subscription boxes! It costs £12.99* a month and includes a selection of different products. This months box included a mixture of healthy and unhealthy treats which is always my favourite combination. There were two different drinks included this month, the first being the Life Tonics Coconut and Mint. I feel like everyone is raving about coconut water at the moment due to the health benefits, however I’m not that over keen on the taste of coconut water so it’s a nice little twist to add another flavour to the water. There’s also an organic energy drink for those times when you need a quick pick me up minus all the unhealthy sugar! Moving onto a brand I noticed on offer in Morrisons when I last did my weekly food shop, Barilla. Now I’m not normally a fan of jar sauces as I prefer to make them myself, however this tomato and chilli one is delicious and great if you don’t want to spend much time cooking dinner. Onto a product which I didn’t used to like very much on when I was younger, Ryvita. I’m sure there wasn’t as much selection years ago and I always thought it tasted a bit too plain, however I love these flavours especially sesame crispbread. Now onto all the tasty treats! My favourites are the Dr. Oetker mug cakes as these are amazing, I do love making cakes but when I don’t have the time these are the perfect little treat. I still need to try out the Delicious Alchemy chocolate brownie mix but I’m excited to try it out and is perfect those who can’t consume gluten or dairy. There were also quite a few types of biscuits this time, the Choco Leibniz are chocolate biscuits covered in white chocolate and they are amazing! I’ve actually tried the milk chocolate version of these too and they’re perfect with a cup of tea! The Pick Up and Walkers biscuits are individually wrapped so great for when you’re out and about to just pop in your bag.
Let me know if you’ve tried out Degustabox before or any other monthly subscription boxes!
