It’s Degustabox time again, and in Septembers box there were a lot of delicious treats! If you’re not familiar with Degustuabox it’s a monthly subscription box which costs £12.99* a month and includes a selection of different products. There were quite a few drinks included this month, the first ones being The Good Cider in apple and pear. Now I actually don’t like cider so gave these to my boyfriend, he really enjoyed them and said they were light and refreshing. The Sweet Sally Winter Spice tea was sweet but warming in flavour, I actually liked this more than I thought I would. The last drinks were from UP&GO in vanilla and chocolate, personally I thought these tasted like milkshakes but they’re actually breakfasts on the go for when you’re in a rush! Obviously one of these isn’t a drink and it’s The Olive Shop extra virgin olive oil, I love to cook so have been using this a lot lately.Moving onto my favourites in this box which is obviously the sweets and chocolate. Starting with my favourite which are the Reese’s peanut butter cups, I’ve been obsessed with these for quite a while now as they are delicious and perfect for peanut butter lovers. I’m so happy that Maynards wine gums come in packets of just the red and blacks (strawberry and blackcurrant) as these are my favourite flavours! Onto the Jelly Babies berry mix, they take me back to my childhood and are a sweet I will always love. The berry mix includes blackcurrant, strawberry and raspberry.
Mallow and Marsh is a brand I had never heard of before but I was excited to try out these raspberry marshmallows as they are quite large and fluffy. The taste is amazing and is slightly tangy, I’ll definitely be looking out for other flavours to try. There was a lunch meal included this month which was the Kents Kitchen Posh Noodles in spicy szechuan. I had this when I didn’t have much time to make lunch, it was quick to make as you just pour hot water into the container and leave for 5 minutes. The last product is the Compete Energy Mocha Bites which give you a boost of energy before exercising or when you need a little boost.
If you’re interested in trying out Degustabox I’ve got an exciting discount code which will give you £6 off: BLDEG15. I loved this months box, the only thing is that as I’m writing this post I wish I still has some of the goodies left to eat!
