Getting Fit & Healthy with Pink Soda

Nothing motivates me to work out more than beautiful sports wear, and Pink Soda Sport has some gorgeous pieces! I fell off the bandwagon recently and have been trying to get back into a fitness routine to tone up for summer, now I have new pretty sports wear I’m starting to get my motivation back so thought I would share you some of my favourites pieces from their collection! Pink Soda Sport are available to buy at JD Sports and have a selection of greys, corals, mint accents and animal print designs which are all eye catching. Who said sports wear can’t be fun and stylish?! One of my favourites sets from them is the reversible sports bra which is mint on one side with the other being black, I personally prefer the mint side as it’s a little more fun however the black also looks good. The matching leggings have black panels down the side, a crackle print down the front and back with a turquoise waistband to add a pop of colour.They’re stretchy and comfortable to work out in which is one of the most important things to me, when workout clothes are breathable it makes working out so much more comfortable and easier. I always do a few stretches when working out as otherwise I end up super achy normally followed by a HIIT workout, then specific days targeted to tone different parts of my body. As I had taken a little break I have started working out three days a week and will probably increase this as my fitness improves. Last year before my gym membership ended I was working out five days a week and I really want to work up to exercising that often again, however it may take me a while as I haven’t been in a routine the past few months but that’s my goal. On the back of the leggings there is a little zip pocket which comes in handy and the thick waist band is comfortable and quite flattering. I am in love with the pops of colours on the leggings and sports bra, it’s nice to wear clothes that you love whilst working out. The next set that I love is in this gorgeous coral and grey animal print! I had gone back to Oxford for a few days to visit friends and family so thought why not check out the gym in the park which is only down the road, they’ve built quite a lot of these recently and think they’re such a great idea as you don’t need a gym membership! It’s also really handy if you’re in a different city and there is one near you like when I visit home, it makes finding a place to workout easy. The top is in a bright coral with a zip on the front, I love the zip detailing as it makes it a little more stylish and is so comfortable to wear. I love the gradient detail on the leggings and how bright the coral is near the bottom, also their logo which is a geometric heart is very cute.The back of the sports bra is plain black which is a contrast to the front which is bright coral. A zip-up hoodie is essential for this time of year, it’s freezing cold so love to cover up to keep me warm especially at the beginning of my workouts. It’s a gorgeous grey marl with coral piping around the hood to add a little pop of colour, also because it’s grey it will goes with almost anything.

Now that I’m motivated again I have started to make a little workout plan as find having a routine really helps, so hopefully I’ll be able to tone up soon!
