Haircare Products That I Have Been Loving Lately

Haircare Products That I Have Been Loving Lately

Now it’s coming up to Spring I tend to look after my hair a lot more and use more products, I know that sounds bad as my hair is long and I dye it regularly but my haircare routine does flop a little over the colder months. However, as the sun has been making more appearances lately I have been trying out a lot more products and thought I would share the ones that have stood out to me and the haircare products that I have been loving.

Umberto Giannini Frizzi Rebel Without the Coarse Dramatic Results Styling Spray
The first product is the Umberto Giannini Frizzi Rebel Without the Coarse Dramatic Results Styling Spray (200ml/£6*). I mentioned this in my February favourites as I’ve been using this on a daily basis at the moment, that’s how much I love it. Even though I don’t have frizzy hair (quite the opposite – dead straight hair) this is amazing at detangling which is one of my biggest problems, I use it on damp hair by spritzing a few pumps and then style the rest of my hair as usual. On days when I can’t be bothered to do anything with my hair I will just use this product on its own as it protects my hair from heat damage and has a very gentle hold so gives a little bit of volume without me actually having to do anything apart from dry it. My hair also feels softer and looks healthier when using this.
Lee Stafford Ubuntu Oils from Africa Repair Oil

I’ve been using the Lee Stafford Ubuntu Oils from Africa Repair Oil (50ml/£10.99) on the ends of my hair after showering and you only need to use a tiny amount. It helps my hair from getting split ends and keeps them conditioned, I find when I don’t use this product that the ends of my hair start looking a little coarse after blowdrying so I use this every day and have been now for about five months.

Garnier Ultimate Blends Silky Smoother Shampoo & Conditioner

Lately I’ve been loving the Garnier Ultimate Blends Silky Smoother Shampoo & Conditioner (400ml/£3.89). I originally had been using the Colour Illuminator version for a while but I fancied a change as I was starting to get a little bored of using the same products however wanted to stick with the same range. These leave my hair feeling incredibly soft and I love that you don’t need to use a lot of either product, they also smell incredible as they’re vanilla milk and papaya scented.

MoroccanOil Intense Hydrating Mask

Normally I wouldn’t ever mention a product that I’ve only used once but I feel like I need to tell you all about the MoroccanOil Intense Hydrating Mask (75m/£8.95). I found this to be incredibly conditioning and my hair was super soft after just one use, the ends of my hair also looked healthier. I’m going to use this as a weekly treatment on my hair to see if it improves the condition of my hair even more, and at the moment I have very high hopes for this product.

Toni & Guy Glamour Firm Hold Hairspray
The final product I want to share with you is the Toni & Guy Glamour Firm Hold Hairspray (250ml/£7.49). Unlike other hairsprays I have tried this doesn’t make my hair hard and crunchy, it actually leaves it feeling soft. It gives a great hold and I love to use this when I curl my hair so that it stays looking nice for the whole day, it also smells lovely.
What are your favourite haircare products at the moment?

I've always wanted to try one of the MoroccanOil products as I've heard so many great things about them! I might want to give this mask a try – it sounds very nice and nourishing :)
I'm still swearing by the L'Oréal Ever Rich series although it's got a different name now which I can't remember at the moment :D

I've never tried that before but I'm pretty sure I've seen them in Boots, yellow packaging? :)

I haven't tried any of these products before! They all sound really great. For whatever reason, I don't enjoy buying hair products, like I absolutely LOVE buying makeup, and skincare, or really anything beauty related, but hair care is just a pain for me. I need to work on that! :)

This post has definitely inspired me to up my hair care routine! I've definitely been lacking with products recently and only been using heat defence spray – better than nothing though I suppose :)

Definitely, especially since heat defence spray is probably the most important :) x

The MoroccanOil Treatment Oil is a life-saver for my hair, but I haven't tried anything else from the brand so I'll definitely be picking up that mask! The fragrance of the Garnier shampoo and conditioner sounds like it'd be amazing too, I'll have to go and have a cheeky sniff! haha

The illustration on Frizzi made me laugh SO HARD – I'd buy that just for the packaging! I've been using the Ultimate Blend shampoo and conditioner too – the argan oil I believe – so I'm going to try the papaya one next! Thanks for the recommendations, I'm always keen to try out new hair products x

Love the morrocan oil. I've tried it before but I have yet to try it again. I used the leave in oil and it made my hair so soft when ever I styled it :)
