January Degustabox

January Degustabox
It’s that time of the month has come again and I have received my Degustabox*! As you may know by now I’m a massive foodie and am always excited for this to arrive. If you don’t know about Degustabox they are a monthly food subscription box that costs £12.99 and is filled with a selection of products from both new and established brands. Just like the other times there was lots of bubble wrap inside as well as specific items in bubble wrap bags so nothing was damaged.

Kabuto Noodles | Clipper Green Tea | Mornflake Top Porridge | Finn Crispy Original
My favourite items from this month have been the Mornflake Top Porridges, all you do is add the topping, boiling water (I added a little milk too) and then leave for 3 minutes. It was handy when I was rushing around in the morning and when I couldn’t be bothered to make anything as it was super easy. Moving onto the Clipper Green Tea, I’ve actually been using this the past few months as I have been trying to cut down on normal tea so it was nice to have some more. I haven’t tried the Finn Crisp and Kabuto Noodles but they look good.

Rice Bran Oil | Sukrin Cake Mix | Haywards Piccalilli
I’ve never heard of rice bran oil before but it’s meant to be better for you in comparison to other oils so I’m excited to try this out as it’s easy to make little healthier choices. I don’t tend to use cake mixes bit this will be good if I can’t be bothered to make cakes from scratch and I like that it’s free from sugar. Now moving onto piccalilli, I personally don’t like this so will give it to someone who does.

There were quite a few drinks this month and I don’t normally try out new ones so I was happy about this. I received both the aloe vera drink and magnets however only one of these is normally received in the box depending on whether you choose the alcoholic or non-alcoholic version. The Little Miracles drinks were delicious and gave me the same amount of energy that a sports drink would however this is much more healthy and better for you and it’s organic. Finally onto the dairy free milk, I’m yet to try this out to see if it tastes similar but would be good for people who are lactose intolerant.
If you’re interested in trying out Degustabox I have a code for you which will give you £3 off your first order (WXWE9). Let me know if you’ve tried out this subscription box before and what you think of it!
