L’Oreal is a haircare brand that I love, the quality of their products are amazing and they are affordable! One of their newest releases is the L’Oreal Magic Retouch Instant Root Concealer Spray (£8.99) which is available in five different shades; Light Blonde, Dark Blonde, Brown, Dark Brown and Black. It’s designed to instantly cover greys on your roots, now whilst I don’t have any grey hair I thought I would try it out on my roots as I dye my hair regularly and sometimes leave it a little too long inbetween colouring.
It’s meant to last for up to 30 uses and comes in a little aerosol can with a concentrated nozzle which allows precise application. On the back of each can it has the range of shades that each spray is suitable for which is great if you’re not sure what shade you need as this makes it a lot easier. It’s great for when my dark blonde roots are looking a little unsightly and need to be dyed, but don’t have the time to do it straight away. I’ve found it to be transfer proof and lasts until you next shampoo your hair, it literally only takes me a few seconds and you only need to use a small amount (definitely less is more in this case).
I’m not sure how well this would work on grey hair as I don’t have any, however it works great on my roots so can’t see why it wouldn’t work just as well on grey hair too. I love that when I need my hair dyed but haven’t got the time I just can spray this and hide my roots!
