Now I have an unhealthy obsession with MAC lipsticks and my latest addition is beautiful! I’ve had it for a few months but as it’s such a staple in my makeup bag at the moment I forgot about reviewing it.
MAC Diva (£15.50) is described as an “intense reddish burgundy” with a semi-matte finish. It’s warm-toned and is definitely a statement lipstick. The pigmentation is amazing and has opaque coverage with just one swipe, it’s also slightly creamy so doesn’t tug on the lips but still has a more matte finish. Some of their matte lipsticks can be drying and hard to apply however this is definitely one of their more comfortable matte lipsticks and lasts around six hours. As with most of their mattes it leaves a slight stain on your lips so when the lipstick starts to fade it’s not too noticeable.
Overall this is a very daring colour and might be out of some peoples comfort zone however, I love the shade and the formula is amazing!
