Makeup Revolution Naked Underneath Eyeshadow Palette

Makeup Revolution Naked Underneath Eyeshadow Palette review

Here is another exciting release from Makeup Revolution and the packaging is something I have never seen before for a palette. It’s covered in black faux fur with a 3D gem style crystal heart in the middle, it’s very different in terms of packaging compared to their other palettes but I love how it looks. I would recommend stroking this over a bin at first get rid of any lose fibres as it sheds a little bit, however after I did this I didn’t have any problems.

Makeup Revolution Naked Underneath Eyeshadow Palette review

Makeup Revolutions Baked Underneath Eyeshadow Palette (£7.99*) contains sixteen beautiful warm toned shades. There are lots of different shades in matte and shimmer such as browns, berry toned, dark jewel toned shades and burnt orange shimmers. They are all easy to blend, buttery soft and you can create a lot of different looks using this palette. The palette has a giant mirror which is something I always love and foam applicators which I don’t really use but if you’re travelling you could always put a little brush in this compartment instead.

Free – Pale pink matte shade. As it’s so light is would be beautiful as a brow bone highlight which is what I’ve been using this as. It’s also lovely to use of those days when you are going for a more subtle eye makeup look.
Stroke – Pale shimmery grey. I don’t actually have a shade like this and it’s absolutely gorgeous.
Reveal – Shimmery gold.
Meow – Deep plum matte with glitter specks.
Darkness – Dark Matte black. Perfect for creating a smokey eye look.

Love – Bright shimmery copper. I am in love with this shade, I think is is super beautiful!
Hidden – Matte dark brown.
2004 – Champagne shimmer which I love to use as an all over colour.
Glory – Bronze shimmer with a hint of burnt orange.
1970 – Shimmery green with a hint of silver. I’ve used this with the shade 2004 and they look great together.
After Hours – Steel grey shimmer that looks beautiful in the crease and outer corners.

Attention – Pink toned nude matte, perfect for those days when you’re going for a more natural look.
Seeking – Matte orange with a brown tone.
Covered – Light matte brown.
Missile – Red toned bronze shimmer.
Wonderous – Cool tones champagne. Looks beautiful as a browbone highlight and in the inner corners of the eyes.
Overall all of the shades are beautiful with amazing pigmentation. I’m really impressed with this palette and think it is amazing value at just £7.99 for sixteen eyeshadows.

The pigmentation seems pretty good for such an affordable palette. Unfortunately I didn't have the same luck with another MR palette I bought a while back, which put me off ordering any more eyeshadows from them. But I do hear great things about these and the I <3 Makeup palettes too. x

Oh no that's such a shame! I guess different types of palettes differ in pigmentation and quality x
