Mono Professional Skincare Beauty Balm | Review

Monu Professional Skincare create unique gentle and naturally pure beauty products which utilise the special properties of natural ingredients using plants, herbs, minerals and essential oils. Monu Professional Skincare Beauty Balm* is described as a creamy balm that provides instant radiance, a perfect beauty boost to wake-up the complexion. It uses Vitamin E in combination with Glycerin to comfort and calm to skin, and Sodium Hyaluronate to firm fine lines. It’s white with a gel-like consistency and smells a bit similar to a bitter citrus fruit which I quite like. It isn’t sticky and quickly sinks into the skin.
I have been using this product for a few weeks now and have seen a noticeable difference in my skin. I have been using this only in the morning but it can be used day and night. I apply a small amount to my face and neck after cleansing and leave for a few minutes before applying my makeup. Over the past few weeks I have noticed that my skin looks really healthy and that my skin tone is more even. What I am most pleased about is the fact that it has faded the dark circles under my eyes which is amazing!
If wanted you can use this balm as a revitalising treatment by applying a thicker layer to the skin and leaving for 15 minutes. After this remove any residue with a toner. When I do this my skin is softer and looks brightened as opposed to my skin looking dull. If I am having a bad skin day and I’m going out somewhere I like to spend a bit of extra time of my skin by using this product as a treatment as it also reduces the redness of my skin.
The pump has been designed really well, as you use the product the middle bit rises so there is no waste and you get use of all of the product. It retails at £29.95 for the 50ml which sounds expensive but will last you a very long time, I haven’t even used a quarter of this product yet and have been using it for about a month. Have you tried a beauty balm before and what did you think of it?
