Nanshy Luxury Makeup Brush Set

Nanshy Luxury Makeup Brush Set Review

Nanshy Luxury Makeup Brush Set Review

It’s not often that I try out new makeup brushes as when I find some I love I tend to stick to them, however recently I have been trying out the Nanshy Luxury Makeup Brush Set (£34.95*). This includes 13 synthetic cruelty free brushes for your whole face, so you could create any look that you wanted to with these. They come with a cute quilted case so you can store them to keep them protected, however I normally have my makeup brushes out on display but this will be really useful for travelling. They are really soft on the skin and the handles all feel sturdy.

Originally I thought that the style of the brushes was just to make them look pretty but they have actually been specially designed this way to make them easier to hold and use. All together there are 4 face brushes, 5 eyeshadow brushes and 4 others which I will explain below.

Nanshy Luxury Makeup Brush Set Review
Powder Brush: I personally prefer bigger powder brushes however it’s still good.
Blush Brush: This is angled which makes applying blush easier and it picked up just the right amount.
Foundation Brush: It had been years since I last used a flat foundation brush and I thought this was going to make my foundation look streaky, however that was not the case although this is more suited for medium-high coverage foundations.
Powder & Foundation Brush: I’ve actually been using this as a blending brush once everything has been applied to finish my look.

Eyelash & Eyebrow Spoolie: It’s not often that these are included in makeup brush sets but I’m really pleased that this is as they come in handy keeping my eyebrows tamed and separating my eyelashes.
Concealer Brush: I’ve been using this to apply concealer under my eyes and it blends it in very well.
Liner Brush: At first I wasn’t sure how easy this would be to use since it’s pointed, however I tried this out with gel eyeliner and it was precise and easy to use.
Angled Brow Brush: This is my new favourite eyebrow brush, it doesn’t pick up too much product and as it’s angled it makes it easier to create sharp straight lines.

Nanshy Luxury Makeup Brush Set Review

Small Eyeshadow Brush: This is perfect for applying a highlighter colour in the inner corner of the eyes to brighten them up.
Crease Brush: The perfect size for applying eyeshadow right into the crease.
Eyeshadow Brush: This picks up a lot of product makes eyeshadow quick and easy to apply.
Angled Eye Shadow Brush: I’ve been using this to apply and blend colour on the outer corner of the eye.
Blending Shadow Brush: When I’ve finished with my eyeshadows I like to use this to blend everything.
Overall I am really impressed with this set, I have experienced no shedding and they are now staples in my everyday makeup routine. All of the brushes are soft and at £34.95 this is amazing value which is around £2.60 a brush! Have you tried out any brushes from Nanshy before?

Ooh, what lovely looking brushes! I'm in need of new brushes, as the last set I got were £1 from Wilkos and they shed all over! I'd love to splash out and get these! I like the fact that they are cruelty free too.
