Ruffles & Embroidery

Embroidery and ruffles are everywhere at the moment and when I first spotted this Boohoo Ruffle Blouse I instantly fell in love with it. However, there was a slight problem as it kept going out of stock however as soon as it was available in my size I quickly snapped it up and I’m so glad that I did.The embroidered flowers are on a mesh panel and there’s crochet going down the middle and we all know how much I love crochet (a little bit too much). I like that the ruffles are only around the arms and across the top as I feel it’s a great way to wear ruffles without it being over the top. It’s a thin chiffon type material so will keep you cool in this heat and looks great both tucked into high waist shorts and also out loose. I’m wearing my favourite ever shorts which are the ASOS Mom Shorts, I have these in few different colours and the fit is amazing. I’ve always found it hard to find high waist shorts that fit properly as they are normally too big around the waist but fit my hips however these fit both my waist and hips perfectly. I know I’ve bought them in a few different colours but they fit great so I thought I might as well since I find it hard to find shorts.These are my favourite sandals for the summer, you may have already seen these Fiesta Sandals featured in a previous style post however I couldn’t resist sharing them again as I’m obsessed with them. All the pom poms and brightly coloured embroidery is so much fun and I’ll be wearing them non-stop throughout the summer.
