Recently Oxford experienced a few days of solid sunshine and milder weather, so my jackets, knitwear and boots were cast aside in favour of printed trousers and heels. I much prefer my spring/summer wardrobe over my autumn/winter wardrobe, so I was excited to be able to wear some new pieces that I had purchased recently which are perfect for the warmer weather.
I love the combination of floral trousers, a neutral top and casual heels. It’s something you will probably see a lot of over the next few weeks, especially as I have purchased quite a few new pairs of printed trousers for Spring. Florals are one of the only prints I wear on trousers and I love them, they’re pretty and tend to be quite flattering whilst having a classic feel. These floral trousers are from ASOS and as they are in black and white I feel like they are more easily wearable in comparison to bolder prints which I have seen quite a lot of recently. I wanted to keep the top half quite simple and neutral so styled them with this classic v-neck top from J.D.Y.
I wanted to break up the monochrome look a little with my accessories whilst keeping it fairly simple, so I paired it up with this gorgeous clutch bag from Guess and nude heels from New Look. I also styled this sophisticated Spring look with some of my favourite rose gold jewellery pieces, the bangle and necklace are both from Swarovski whilst the watch is Rotary.

This outfit is super pretty! I love patterned trousers, they always look awesome. I need to get a pair, and I’ll probably go for a flower print just like you did :)
