Styling my Boyfriend Challenge

I thought I would change things up a little bit with todays post, instead of me featuring an outfit post I’ve styled up my boyfriend Aaron! It’s a bit different as Aaron rarely makes an appearance on my blog however I thought it would be quite fun to choose an outfit for him and make it into a challenge to see if I could put together a mens outfit well! We went to Winter Wonderland in London so the photos were taken in hyde park, I chose one of his jackets with a hat, scarf and gloves to keep him warm and then picked out some pieces that I thought he would like. The first is this Lyle & Scott Argyle Jumper, it’s from a company called Brown Bag who are an outlet store that specialise in premium menswear from past seasons. I personally love outlets and visit them throughout the year as you always get some amazing deals, however I didn’t realise there were online stores which were outlets. There are some incredible deals on Brown Bag and this jumper was £69 reduced from £116 which is a great saving! To go underneath the jumper I thought this Penguin Gingham Shirt which is also from Brown Bag and is quite lovely, it was £24 reduced from £60 so another great saving! As the top half of the outfit is quite fussy I kept the bottom simple with a dark pair of jeans which I thought made the shirt stand out a little bit more. The gingham print also stands out when it’s underneath the jumper even thought just the collar is shown which I really like.

 If you’re not too bothered about clothes being past season and would like some good quality clothing for a great price definitely check them out. They specialise in mens clothing so if you’re a woman and reading this I’d recommend having a look on there as you might find a lovely gift for someone. I personally think I did quite a good job at styling Aaron and I’m pleased that he liked the outfit too.
