Last week you may have seen my introductory post to a company called Sugarpuss London who specialises in high quality, handmade jewellery.
Sugarpuss London took into account my taste in jewellery and kindly sent me their ‘Rose Quartz & Pink Sapphire Pendant Necklace*’. It arrived within a day at which I was surprised, I didn’t expect it to come so quickly! Inside the package was black shredded paper, a shimmery purple envelope and a box tied up with a ribbon. I love it when companies put in that extra effort in presentation and it makes it so much more special.
Inside the envelope was a card and some information about my necklace. I had seen a photo of the necklace on their website but it looks even more beautiful in real life. I have never owned a piece of jewellery with Pink Sapphire before, I have always wanted to as it’s actually my birthstone! It’s a very feminine and elegant piece, it features a 10.4 carat Madagascan rose quartz briolette alongside a small 1.55 carat hot prink sapphire briolette. Most sapphires on the market are treated (e.g. dyed, heat treated) however this is 100% natural and untreated.
I think this piece was around £50 which is a reasonable price when you think about what you are purchasing. Their pieces would make amazing gifts, and with valentines day coming up, what better way to treat a loved one or even yourself! I will definitely be treating myself in the future and already know some people who are hinting at their partners since showing them my necklace.
Even though their items aren’t cheap, they are well worth the price considering the quality of their pieces.
