Taking the Plunge: My First Chanel Bag

You know those outfits that you love so much you wear them over and over again, this is one of them! The lace top is a very classic style and the little peter pan collar and scallop edging around the bottom of the top are such lovely little details and the pale blue is such a pretty shade. Recently I’ve been taking more notice of the little details in my outfits which make it feel much more put together and stylish. These shorts are my favourite and they are the Mom Shorts from ASOS and they fit me perfectly, normally I have the problem that shorts are too big around my waist and it can be hard for me to find some that fit perfectly however these do which is great (I also have these in two other colours for this reason). After an extremely long time I finally took the plunge and purchased my first Chanel bag. I’ve always wanted a Chanel bag and have loved the more classic styles so purchased the lambskin flap bag with a vintage Chanel clasp in the large size and I am completely in love. It’s exactly what I’ve always wanted and I’m really glad it’s in black as it compliments so many different outfits and styles for both day and evening. Even though it’s in the large size it’s not a really big bag, however it fits everything that I need perfectly inside and stops me taking too much with me which I do all the time if I take out a bigger bag. As it’s lambskin it can mark easier so I have been more careful than I normally would when I’ve taken this out but I do prefer it more in comparison to the caviar as it’s softer and smoother. I’m so pleased with my purchase and glad I splurged after such a long time lusting over Chanel bags.
