Walking Along The River

There is something I find so calming about walking along the river, the sun on your face, the wind in your hair and the sound of quacking ducks. I love to come down to the lock every now and then to just walk and enjoy it, sometimes I’ll feed the ducks and it’s such a peaceful place. If you keep walking up there is a lovely pub on the river which serves drinks and food, however if you carry on walking you’ll get to Oxford city centre. This beautiful dress is from Primark and I’m in love, the print is gorgeous and it’s so light and flowy. The waist is elasticated so gives you shape and the little tassel is a sweet little detail. I thought that this would look great with a big floppy hat and the one I’m wearing is from Primark as well, it has a slight shimmer to it as has small particles and has a faux suede braid. I’ve been loving these Carrera sunglasses as they are grey with a blue mirrored lens, I feel like they compliment outfits really well especially this one and look great with a big floppy hat. There’s noting quite as relaxing as talking a stroll down the river especially when it’s as beautiful as it is here and everyone is always happy in this area enjoying themselves too, taking a break from the stresses of everyday life.
