Recently I’ve been trying out some products from Dirty Works and I have completely fallen in love with the brand! They’re inexpensive and I’ve been enjoying them over the past few weeks, on first impressions I loved the colourful and bright packaging and now I also love the products themselves.
Hand cream is something that I always carry around with me and use throughout the day, personally one of the worst feelings is dry hands so I always make sure mine are moisturised. The ‘You Soft Touch’ hand cream (£2.50) contains cocoa butter, shea butter and jojoba oil which are all very nourishing leaving your hands feeling soft perfect for the colder weather which has started to arrive. It’s a non-greasy formula and sinks into the skin within a minute, the fruity scent is also lovely and refreshing.
Next up is the ‘Touch and Glow’ radiance cream (£7) which is designed to illuminate your complexion. This can be used on it’s own however when used as a primer I’ve seen the best results. It gives a very subtle glow and is lightweight on the skin, I have oily skin and find it doesn’t leave my face greasy and sinks in quite quickly. A great cream to use in the morning to brighten up your complexion.
The ‘Overnight Facial Lift’ night cream (£8) contains shea butter, seaweed extract and a triple peptide complex to tone, lift and boost collagen overnight. I haven’t been using this long enough to comment on the results properly however over time it is designed to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles as well as keep your skin moisturised. It definitely does keep my skin feeling moisturised and it’s a really lovely night cream, it’s slightly thicker than the previous cream I mentioned but don’t mind as find night creams to be slightly thicker in consistency anyway.
The last product is the body scrub (£3) which has a light consistency so isn’t harsh on delicate areas such as the chest however still buffs away the skin making it smooth and soft. I personally think the scent is very sweet like candy which I love, almost smells good enough to eat! It’s gentle enough to use on an everyday basis handout of all the products this is definitely one of my favourites.
